Newcastle Racecourse & Conference Centre is just 15 minutes from Newcastle City Centre, easily accessible from the major trunk roads, A1(M) and A19, and just a short walk from the Tyne and Wear Metro & Bus Route.
Couple this with free parking for thousands of cars and coaches and you will understand why so many companies use our facilities for their conferences and meetings.
With a wide variety of room sizes available we can cater for conferences and meetings from 4 to 400 people. Each room has a fantastic view of the Racecourse and our tranquil setting is worlds apart from the day-to-day bustle of a City Centre venue.
We have two standard delegate packages – Silver and Gold – and these packages include at no additional cost the use of projector screen and flipchart, delegate stationery, cordials and mints, Wi-Fi access and main meeting room hire.

- Afternoon Tea or Coffee with a selection of Cakes
If our standard packages aren’t exactly what you’re looking for we will work with our Caterers to develop a package that is. We can provide anything from simply tea, coffee and biscuits to English and continental breakfasts, BBQ’s, canapés, finger and fork buffets and five-course, silver service dinners.
