Discounts and Concessions
Children under 16 enter for Free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Group discounts are only available for parties of 15 or more when booked 5 days in advance on Standard meetings. Excluding 26th, 27th, 28th June & 26th July.
£5 discount to the Grandstand & Paddock and Premier Enclosure for students, OAP's, Registered Disabled and 16-18 year olds (proof must be given). These discounts are only available on the day if tickets are available.
Refund & Abandonment Policy
- In the event of a race meeting being abandoned before the first race a full refund will be made.
- If the meeting is abandoned after the first race but before the third a 50% refund will be made.
- If the meeting is abandoned after the third race, no refund will be made.
- Please note that there are no refunds on tickets for Festival Meetings.
Admission Policy
The management reserves the right to refuse admission to, or expel any person from the racecourse, without assigning a reason for so doing, and does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to persons or their property.
Radios and Mobile Telephones
The use of all types of communication equipment is strictly controlled at all racecourses. Members of the public may not use two-way radios, scanning receivers etc. for any purpose at the racecourse. Mobile telephones may not be used in or near any designated betting area, or for off-course betting purposes.

Photography
Please note that it is not permitted to take photographs on racecourses except within public areas, and these must only be for private purposes. Flash photography is not permitted in any circumstances.
Amateur photographers must ensure that they do not intrude upon areas used by professional photographers.
Press Accreditation should where possible be requested in advance by calling 0191 236 2020 or by faxing details prior to the day on 0191 2367761. Press identification must be provided on the day of racing for ticket collection at The Racecourse Office.
