
Northern Racing Limited has launched a "New Deal" for owners and trainers at the eight British racecourses that it operates and at partnership course Chepstow.
Declared minimum standards will apply at each of the racecourses, setting out every service that owners and trainers can expect from before entry stage until after their horses have run.

Just thought we would write to say thank you for looking after us in the Owners and Trainers', and Paddock so well. Your hospitality throughout the day was second to none and you really put some of our Southern Racecourses to shame. Sometimes we even have to pay for a cup of tea and we always have to pay for our own racecards. Your champagne is cheaper too. Well done.
It is gestures like this that tip the scales when deciding whether or not to return to that course - some courses do nothing to pamper their owners! Thank you very much, we were well looked after and look forward to coming back.
Having not had a runner at Newcastle for many years can I say how much I enjoyed your race meeting, even though we didn't win! From my entry to your racecourse, until I left, all your staff were most friendly and helpful in every way and the facilities for owners excellent.
I write on behalf of my owners and myself who, after spending a day with you, would like to say how welcome we were made by all your staff. My owners have expressed a wish to return whenever possible, once again thanks for looking after them all and congratulations on your standard of customer service.
