We are seeking a casual hours Restaurant Manager to work our racedays and events.
The Restaurant Manager will manage a specified restaurant on racedays so that the various requirements of customers are met, ensuring the restaurant maximises it's opportunities. The person will also support on non-racedays with conferences, banquets and events.
The Restaurant Manager will lead and manage the Restaurant Team, maintaining brand standards and working closely with the Events Manager, Head Chef and other Heads of Departments.
The ideal candidate will have; two years experience in the food service industry as a supervisor/manager, excellent time management skills and demonstrable leadership qualities.
