Northern Racing is committed to providing a premier level of customer service to Owners & Trainers.

Declared minimum standards will apply at each of the racecourses, setting out every service that owners and trainers can expect from before entry stage until after their horses have run.
- Entry stakes will be kept low to make individual or multiple entries as attractive as possible
- Trainers with entries will be faxed or emailed prior to the declaration stage
- Real time updates will be provided on each of the racecourses' websites
- Every stable will be of good quality
- All racecourse facilities for stable staff will be of a high standard
- There will be dedicated car parks for owners and trainers, with clear signage
- Owners will receive a racecourse information sheet on arrival, detailing all facilities and items relating to owners and their guests
- Owners will be provided with complimentary tea or coffee in Clarke’s Owners and Trainers Bar
- A large plasma screen in the owners and trainers bar will ensure a good view of racing
- A hostess in the owners and trainers bar will be on hand to help with any queries
- Winning owners will be taken for celebratory champagne with racecourse directors or managers after their race when they will be presented with a framed photograph of their horse
- Winning owners will receive a complimentary memento and video of their race
- Internet access to the Racing Post and Weatherbys websites is available in the Weighing Room
- Free Tea & Coffee will be provided for travelling grooms in the Stable Canteen on the day of racing.

Having not had a runner at Newcastle for many years can I say how much I enjoyed your race meeting, even though we didn't win! From my entry to your racecourse, until I left, all your staff were most friendly and helpful in every way and the facilities for owners excellent.
