With racing at Newcastle Racecourse.
We are very pleased to offer complimentary tickets for owners. If you are looking to attend a fixture when your horse is running, we have two ticket options for you to choose from. All owners must register their attendance in advance, you can find out more in the Badge Allocation section below
Owners badges must be allocated via the PASS system by 4pm the day before racing.

Option A - 8 Owners Badges available for each horse, offering complimentary access to the racecourse, as well as the specific Owners facilities. Complimentary food and a bar will be available to all Owners Badge holders, along with access to the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure.
Owners will be required to register via PASS ahead of the meeting, and can purchase extra badges at the O&T desk at 50% of on the day General Admittance, subject to capacity of O&T facilities.
OR
Option B - Owners (particularly commercial syndicates) who are more interested in bringing people to watch the horse race, rather than specific catering or facilities may claim 15 complimentary general admittance badges to attend per horse. In addition, each horse will be allocated 8 paddock passes to be shared amongst their group to be used ahead of their race.
Under this option, a syndicate may additionally claim 5 further badges (to 20 in total), without any further authorization required. Any request over 20, should be raised with the Executive Director to consider.
Food & Drink
All owners with a runner at Newcastle Racecourse will receive hospitality where they can enjoy a delicious complimentary buffet In addition, each racecourse will offer a bar facility, serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks,
Entry
Owners can enter Newcastle Racecourse to enjoy as much or as little as the fixture as they wish. We'd suggest leaving up to 45 minutes to enter the racecourse via the new entry process.
