Newcastle Racecourse is committed to providing Owners & Trainers an enjoyable experience. Whether a sole owner, syndicate or shared ownership we aim to make every owner's visit a happy and memorable experience.
To help enhance all your race day experience, we encourage owners to register through the PASS System by 16:00 the day before racing. This helps us ensure adequate facilities and arrangements are in place on the day. If you need any further assistance with PASS, you can contact their helpdesk on 01933 270333.

Option A - 8 Owners Badges available for each horse, offering complimentary access to the racecourse, as well as the specific Owners facilities. Complimentary food and a bar will be available to all Owners Badge holders, along with access to the Parade Ring and Winners Enclosure.
Owners will be required to register via PASS ahead of the meeting, and can purchase extra badges at the O&T desk at 50% of on the day General Admittance, subject to capacity of O&T facilities.
Option B - Owners (particularly commercial syndicates) who are more interested in bringing people to watch the horse race, rather than specific catering or facilities may claim 20 complimentary general admittance badges to attend per horse. In addition, each horse will be allocated 8 paddock passes to be shared amongst their group to be used ahead of their race.
Food & Drink
All owners with a runner at Newcastle Racecourse will receive hospitality where they can enjoy a delicious complimentary buffet In addition, each racecourse will offer a bar facility, serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks,
Owners can enter Newcastle Racecourse to enjoy as much or as little as the fixture as they wish. We'd suggest leaving up to 45 minutes to enter the racecourse via the new entry process.

On arrival please head for the Owners & Trainers desk, located in Brandling House where you will be greeted by one of our lovely team.
The O&T restaurant and Syndicate lounge are both wheelchair accessible. There is an accessible viewing overlooking the parade ring for race viewing.
Children accompanied by an adult are welcome in our O&T facilities.
A Going Report for all race days is made seven days before each fixture, and updated regularly. This information can be found on the website Home Page.

Newcastle Racecourse operates as a cashless site. Bookmakers do still allow cash and cash back can be obtained from the Tote.

The Owners and Trainers Restaurant is reserved exclusively for Owners & Trainers with runners on a race day. Conveniently located on the first floor of Brandling House, it offers complimentary luncheon (with a valid voucher) along with Tea & Coffee, and tote service.
Exclusively for Owners and Trainers use overlooking the parade ring and track for spectacular views of racing. Offering a range of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages.
Our syndicate lounge is located on the first floor of our Colonel Porters suite, offering amazing views of the track with complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits with a pay bar and food option.
The welfare of horses racing at Newcastle is of our highest priority. Each race day we have a dedicated team of Veterinary Surgeons on site as well as an Equine Ambulance. Additionally there are dedicated Veterinary Treatment Rooms, specialist equipment and other facilities on site to ensure horses racing with us receive the best care possible. This also includes extreme weather plans and bespoke arrangements.
We do not operate a dress code. However, we do encourage dressing up for the occasion of a day at the races, and appropriate for the weather.
Owners with runners on the day may go into the Parade Ring for their race. An allocation of eight Parade Ring badges is offered per runner. We try to be flexible where we can. Children U12 are not permitted access into the Parade Ring.
Winning owners and trainers are invited to watch a re-run of their race in Winning Connections
Announcements about any abandonment of racing or races will be made through our social media on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram aswell as a notification on email and on our website.
