Monday Floodlit Flat Racing

Monday Floodlit Flat Racing at Newcastle 2027

Start your week with floodlit flat racing at Newcastle Racecourse. Swap the usual Monday routine for live sport under the lights and enjoy a spring night out with friends or family this March.

Make more of your Monday

Mondays don't have to mean heading straight home after work. Get your mates together, bring the family or round up your colleagues for floodlit racing at Gosforth Park.

Spring is on its way, the days are getting longer and there's a good excuse to put something different in the diary. Grab a drink, head trackside and enjoy the racing as the floodlights shine across the course.

Flat racing under the lights

There's plenty of speed to enjoy when the horses take to Newcastle's all-weather track. Head to the parade ring for a closer look before finding your spot by the rail as the racing gets under way.

Hear the hooves thunder past as the horses charge down the home straight. Get behind your favourite as they race towards the finishing line, then head towards the winner's enclosure to catch the celebrations.

A spring night out

Make a change from your usual Monday night and enjoy some live horse racing in March at Newcastle Racecourse.

Wrap up for the cooler night air, enjoy a drink between races and spend a few hours with good company. There's something about watching the action under the floodlights that makes a Monday feel a little less ordinary.
