Round up your mates for a Saturday afternoon of horse racing in January at Newcastle Racecourse. Wrap up warm, get everyone together and enjoy an afternoon trackside watching the horses tackle the fences on the turf.
There's something about a winter Saturday at the races. Grab a hot drink, find your spot by the rail and get ready for an afternoon of live jump racing.
Watch the horses take on each fence before charging down the home straight, with the crowd cheering them towards the finish. You'll be close enough to hear the hooves hitting the turf and feel the excitement as they race past.
Bring your friends, enjoy a drink between races and make a proper afternoon of it.
January jump racing at Newcastle is a great excuse to get out of the house and enjoy some live sport with your favourite people.
There's plenty to watch throughout the afternoon, from the anticipation as the horses approach each fence to the final push towards the winning line. Get yourself a good viewing spot and enjoy the action up close.
