Get your Saturday plans sorted with some floodlit horse racing in September at Newcastle Racecourse. Round up your mates or bring the family for all-weather flat racing, with plenty of action to enjoy as the floodlights light up the track.
Get your favourite people together and make a Saturday of it at the races. As autumn starts to settle in, grab a drink, find your spot and enjoy live flat racing under the Newcastle floodlights.
Head to the parade ring to see the horses up close before making your way trackside. You'll hear the hooves thundering past as the horses charge down the home straight, with the crowd cheering them towards the finish.
There's something special about watching the racing under the lights, especially when you're standing right next to the action.
Newcastle's all-weather track keeps the flat racing going throughout the year. Wrap up for the cooler September weather and enjoy the action from trackside or the Grandstand as the horses race towards the winning line.
Catch up with friends between races, enjoy some food and drink and make the most of your Saturday at Gosforth Park. You don't need to be a regular racegoer to get involved. Just bring your group and enjoy the racing.
Plan ahead and save on admission when you book your tickets online. You can also purchase tickets at the gate on raceday if you'd prefer to decide on the day.
