Round off your weekend with a Sunday afternoon of flat racing at Newcastle Racecourse. Horse racing in February is a great excuse to get your friends and family together, wrap up warm and enjoy some live sport on our all-weather track.
Sunday afternoons are made for spending time together, and a trip to the races gives everyone something to get excited about. Watch the horses in the parade ring before heading trackside to catch the racing up close.
Wrap up against the February chill, grab a hot drink and find your spot by the rail. Hear the hooves thundering past as the horses race down the home straight, with the crowd cheering them towards the finish.
Flat racing at Newcastle is all about speed, with plenty of action from the moment the horses set off. Watch them race along the all-weather track before making that final push towards the winning line.
You don't need to be a racing expert to enjoy the afternoon. Bring your mates, spend some time with family and enjoy a Sunday that's a little different from the usual weekend routine.
