Give your Thursday a change of pace with an afternoon of all-weather flat racing at Newcastle Racecourse. Horse racing in March brings longer days and the first signs of spring, making it a good time to get trackside for some midweek action.
Swap your usual Thursday routine for live racing with friends, family or colleagues. See the horses up close in the parade ring, then head to the rail as they race down the straight. Hear the hooves getting closer and get behind your favourite as they make their way towards the finish.
The days are stretching out and spring is starting to show, so spend a March afternoon at the races. Grab a drink, pick your spot and enjoy the action from the rail or grandstand. You do not need to know everything about racing to get involved. Come along, pick a favourite and enjoy a few hours away from the usual routine.
Book online in advance to SAVE, or buy tickets at the gate on the day. Hospitality packages and Seat Unique options are also available
Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
Concessions discounts are only available on the day.
All bookings directly through our website and over the phone with our customer service team do not incur a fulfilment fee – the price you see, is the price you pay! Bookings through our official hospitality partner Seat Unique have a fulfilment / booking fee applied. All bookings are made in accordance with our terms and conditions of entry.
