Make a little room in your December plans for an afternoon of racing at Newcastle. Tuesday brings all-weather flat racing to the track, giving you a few hours of live sport and a welcome change from the usual festive build-up.
There’s no need to wait for the weekend to enjoy a raceday. Come along with friends, family or colleagues and spend the afternoon following the action from around the course.
Take a closer look at the horses before they race, then find a spot with a good view of the track. Flat racing is all about speed, and when the field comes sweeping down the home straight, you’ll see just how quickly the action can change.
With Christmas approaching, this Tuesday fixture is a chance to step away from the busy shops and seasonal to-do lists. Pick up some food and a drink, enjoy the racing and catch up with your group along the way.
Newcastle’s all-weather track means flat racing continues through the colder months, bringing plenty of opportunities for horse racing in December.
