Wednesday Afternoon Jumps Racing

Break up the week with an afternoon at Newcastle Racecourse. Join us this Wednesday for live jump racing on the turf and enjoy a spring day out at Gosforth Park this March.

Make a Wednesday of It

Fancy something different in the middle of the week? Swap the usual Wednesday routine for fresh air, good company and an afternoon at the races.

Bring your friends, family or colleagues, grab a drink and find your spot as the horses head out onto the track.

Jump Racing at Newcastle

Jump racing is even better when you’re close to the action. See the horses in the parade ring before heading trackside, where you can hear the hooves and watch them take on the fences and hurdles.

Find a spot near the finishing line, get behind your pick and enjoy the noise as they race for home. Afterwards, head towards the winner’s enclosure to catch the celebrations.

A Spring Afternoon Out

The days are getting longer and spring is starting to arrive, making March a good time to get outside and put something different in the diary.

Whether you’re catching up with friends, spending time with family or getting a group of workmates together, a Wednesday afternoon at Newcastle Racecourse is an easy way to break up the week.
