The Wedding & Venues Show is a one-day showcase of wedding inspiration, bringing together over 100 of the region’s finest venues and suppliers to help couples plan every detail of their big day.
Taking place on Sunday 12th October 2025, the show runs from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Newcastle Racecourse, High Gosforth Park, Newcastle upon Tyne.
Tickets can be purchased in advance — £5 for standard admission or £10 for VIP entry — with VIP tickets including early access from 11:00 am, a glass of Bottega Gold Prosecco, a luxury tote bag, and exclusive planning tools. Parking is free for all visitors.
